O'Malley also has an extensive knowledge of wine as well as food and wine pairing, and has achieved Wine and Spirits Education Trust Certification (WSET) with Top Honors. This seasoned industry experience can be the greatest asset to any host or personal chef's small formal event. Garcons Chic provides customer-focused unobtrusive service and works directly with hosts and/or personal chefs to create polished professional service in the home.
